Today I decided to share some of the words of others about this special season....
And so this is Christmas
For weak and for strong
For rich and the poor ones
The world is so wrong
And so happy Christmas
For black and for white
For yellow and red ones
Let's stop all the fight
John Lennon
Christmas day is in our grasp
So long as we have hands to clasp
Welcome Christmas While we stand
Heart to heart And hand in hand
Fah who for-aze Dah who dor-aze
Welcome welcome Christmas Day
Dr. Suess
I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, their old familiar carols play, and wild and sweet the words repeat, of peace on earth, good will to men.
And in despair I bowed my head:"There is no peace on earth," I said,"For hate is strong and mocks the song of peace on earth, good will to men."
Till, ringing singing, on its way, the world revolved from night to day, a voice, a chime, a chant sublime, of peace on earth, good will to men!
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
God bless us, every one!
